Hi, I’m Christina Liggio, a 24-year-old health coach. I went from burnout, debilitating symptoms, and feeling completely disconnected from my body to a place of freedom, health, and happiness through holistic healing and deep self-connection. Now, I’m on a mission to help you do the same.

My Health Journey

I did all the things I thought I was supposed to—ate well, exercised, and tried to manage stress. But no matter what I did, I didn’t feel healthy.

I was anxious all the time. My gut was a mess—bloating, constipation, food sensitivities. My hormones were out of balance: painful PMS, irregular or missing periods, stubborn weight gain, and puffiness that wouldn’t go away. I was exhausted and foggy, barely making it through the day. I felt so disconnected from my body, like I was stuck in survival mode.

Even as I continued to do everything “right,” my life kept escalating in ways that seemed to promise success. I landed a great six-figure job, moved to NYC, and kept pushing forward. But instead of feeling better, things got worse. My symptoms escalated, and it wasn’t until I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s that I finally had a name for it.

I was so disconnected from my body that I didn’t realize anything was wrong until it was too late. My health was spiraling, and I had to make a choice: keep pushing or start listening to my body.

My Healing Journey

My real healing began when I stopped fighting my body and started listening.

Instead of trying to silence my symptoms, I got curious about them. I stopped fearing them and started seeing them as messages—clues pointing me toward what was out of alignment.

I took a step back from all the noise and started looking inward. I began to heal through a more holistic lens—one that included food, yes, but also rest, nervous system support, joyful movement, connection to something greater, and, most importantly, self-trust.

I stopped living in survival mode and started honoring what my body was asking for. And slowly, everything began to shift. My energy returned. My symptoms softened. My mind felt clearer. But most importantly—I felt like me again.

I believe in a holistic approach to healing—one that’s rooted in the understanding that we are more than just physical beings, and true health comes from nurturing every part of ourselves. My beliefs are built on five core pillars that guide both my life and my practice:

Nourish: Food is medicine. What you put in your body impacts your mind, energy, and overall well-being.

Replenish: You cannot heal if you are stuck in a constant state of stress. Your body needs rest, recovery, and deep nervous system support.

Move: Movement is vital for a healthy body and mind, but it should feel good, not forced or punishing.

Love: Self-love and setting boundaries are crucial for long-term healing. When you prioritize your well-being, everything else falls into place.

Connect: Reconnecting with your inner self and a higher purpose is at the heart of true healing. Mindfulness, meditation, and emotional awareness bring us closer to the balance we’re seeking.

These pillars aren’t just what I teach—they’re the foundation of my own health journey. And they’re what I believe every woman needs to thrive.

Why I became a Holistic Health Coach

My healing journey was not easy, and it didn’t happen overnight. But I truly believe it happened for a reason—to equip me with the wisdom and experience to help others. I didn’t just heal for myself, I healed because I’m here to guide other women through their own challenges, empowering them to reclaim their health and trust their bodies again. I know what it feels like to be lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected—and that’s why I’ve dedicated my life to supporting women on their healing journeys.
